This year, Singaporean Laurants will have their own Sound Horizon gatherning! This will be, as far as we know, the first 'Sound Horizon only' fan event held overseas, and all thanks to Kanaunara, who organized this event :)

The gathering will have two parts. One (07/16) will be the gathering itself, and the other (08/07) will be the screening of the Märchen live DVD.

Entrance fee

$2 - for those who are only attending only the part 1 of the gathering
$3 - for those who are attending both parts of the gathering *

We will be giving a small token to everyone who attends. =)

* We will give you a simple ticket/receipt for part 2 of the gathering where we will be screening the Marchen concert. Please keep the ticket/receipt safe until the 2nd part of the gathering, because you need it for entrance.

The venue in which the event will take place is the Yio Chu Kang Community Center Theatrette, the same place where the Hetalia Day 2010 event was held.

HOW TO GET THERE

This is a brief summary of the activities planned for the gathering:

★ Cosplay (Sound Horizon characters ONLY)

A room will be provided for cosplayers to change if they prefer to make up in a private corner, but it will be for making up only. Please note that there will be both male and female cosplayers using the room. Cosplayers may use the toilet near the gathering area to change but do note that the space in the toilet is rather cramp. Anyone may leave your bags in the room provided but please note that we will not be responsible for the lost of any items. Kindly approach the staffs in the main gathering area if you need directions to the changing room. Thank you!

★ Singing of the Sound Horizon Anthem

We will be doing the English version, which is provided below. Lyrics is in the video but the actual lyrics will also be provided at the start of the gathering. Gloria Sound Horizon Kingdom!! English lyrics by Elica de Laurant.

During the gathering, we will arrange a collective present to be sent to the SH crew.

Anyone can contribute with something to be part of this present, so you may want to prepare the gifts before hand and pass it to us during the event. We'll put everything together before sending it out, so it can be anything, greeting card, small handmade gifts or fanarts that you want to send over to the SH crew as long as its not some sculpture and can be placed in a box.

This second part is sort of an add-on, so cosplaying is not necessary =P

On August 7th, another event will be held at the same place, and it will consist in the screening of the brand new Märchen live DVD, which goes on sale on July 27th.

As specified above, those who will attend to both the main gathering and the Märchen DVD screening will have to pay $3. We will give you a simple ticket/receipt for part 2 of the gathering where we will be screening the Marchen concert. Please keep the ticket/receipt safe until the 2nd part of the gathering, because you need it for entrance.

Here are a few rules you'll have to stick to in order to make things easier:

1. Keep the gathering location clean.
2. No food and drinks allowed in the theatrette.
3. Be nice to each other.
4. If you are cosplaying, please do stick to Sound Horizon characters.
5. The location is under YCK community centre, please do not vandalize/destroy their properties.

Everything is done by the sanhora fans in SG, so please try to cooperate and behave yourself so everyone can enjoy the gathering.
